Subscription & Billing
How does the subscription work?
You'll receive a monthly box with 4 x 20ml whisky samples, complete tasting notes, and access to exclusive member benefits. Billing occurs monthly at $88 SGD on the same date each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. This is perfect for vacations or if you need a break. Contact our support team to arrange a pause.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We're working on expanding to other countries in the region and will announce when international shipping becomes available.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Monthly subscription boxes are shipped on the same date each month, and you'll receive tracking information via email.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Someone 18+ must be present to receive alcohol deliveries. If you're not available, the courier will attempt redelivery or you can arrange to collect from a nearby pickup point.
What if my package is damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement at no charge and investigate with our shipping partner.

How do you select the whiskies?
Our expert team travels the world, building relationships with distilleries and independent bottlers. Each whisky is personally tasted and approved by our master curator before inclusion.
Will I receive the same whiskies twice?
No, we never repeat whiskies in our monthly boxes. With over 300 whiskies curated since 2015, we ensure every delivery brings you something new to discover.
Can I request specific types of whisky?
While we can't accommodate specific requests for monthly boxes (part of the discovery experience!), you can purchase specific bottles from our Butler's Collection at member prices.
Are the samples enough to properly taste?
Absolutely! Our 20ml samples provide 2-3 proper tastings, allowing you to fully appreciate the whisky's character. Many professional tastings use similar or smaller portions.

What are the member benefits?
Members enjoy 15-20% off full bottle purchases, priority access to limited releases, free shipping on orders over $200, and exclusive invitations to tastings and events.
How do I access member pricing?
Simply sign in to your account when browsing our Butler's Collection. Member prices will automatically be displayed and applied at checkout.
Do member benefits continue after cancellation?
Member benefits are active as long as you have an active subscription. Benefits continue until the end of your paid period, even if you cancel mid-cycle.

How often do you host events?
We typically host 2-3 events per month, ranging from intimate tastings to large masterclasses. Members receive priority booking and special pricing on all events.
Can I bring guests to events?
Yes, most events allow guests. Guest pricing is available for non-members, though members always receive priority booking and better rates.
Do you offer private events?
Yes! We offer customized private events for corporate functions, celebrations, and special occasions. Contact us to discuss your requirements and get a personalized quote.
