By accessing and using the Whisky Butler website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Whisky Butler provides a premium whisky subscription service, delivering curated whisky samples and full bottles to subscribers. Our services include:

• Monthly whisky sample boxes containing 4 x 20ml samples
• Access to exclusive whisky purchases at member prices
• Invitations to exclusive events and tastings
• Educational content and tasting notes

3. Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $88 SGD
• Billing occurs on the same date each month
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months
• Access to member benefits continues until the end of the paid period

4. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within Singapore
• Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
• Someone 18+ must be present to receive alcohol deliveries
• We are not responsible for packages left unattended
• Shipping is included in subscription price

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we cannot accept returns of opened items. However, we will replace damaged or defective products at no charge.

• Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
• Replacements subject to product availability

7. Member Benefits

Active subscribers receive:

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Whisky Butler and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whisky Butler, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
